Make room for focused work.
AuraFlow Focus brings immersive music, adjustable frequency layers, and session timers into one workspace. It is a place to set aside time for reading, writing, studying, or another task that needs your attention.

What you can do in Focus
Choose music that fits the work in front of you, set a session length, and adjust the sound to your preference. Frequency layers are a separate part of the listening experience, so you can explore the mix that feels comfortable instead of treating one preset as a requirement.
Focus is one of six connected modes in AuraFlow. You can begin with movement in Activation, settle into a work session, and use Meditation or Sleep later in the day. Aura, your customizable AI agent, is available across the ecosystem.
Set up your first session
- Choose one concrete task before starting: read a chapter, outline a document, or complete a piece of work.
- Open Focus and pick music you want to work alongside. Keep the volume comfortable and adjust any optional layers to suit your preference.
- Choose a session length that fits the task and the time you have available.
- Begin working. At the end of the session, review what you completed and decide whether to pause or start another session.
Choose music for the task
A writing session and a repetitive task may call for different listening choices. Start with a sound you find unobtrusive, then adjust based on your own experience. If the music becomes another thing to attend to, try a simpler mix or turn the optional layers down.
A timer gives a session a clear boundary; it does not measure the quality of your attention. Use it to create a routine you can return to, without treating the duration as a score.
About frequency layers
AuraFlow includes frequency settings as part of its wellness audio experience. Research about an audio technique is not clinical validation of the AuraFlow app, and this guide does not promise a particular cognitive or medical outcome. You choose whether and how to use the optional layers.
